UFCU Statesville

UFCU Statesville renderings Modeled after the design of United Federal Credit Union’s Fletcher location, this 3,200-square foot branch facility will be located in Statesville, North Carolina. The Fletcher location was the first implementation of the prototype model which was created by the financial design experts at The Redmond Company. By implementing this prototype design at each new location as they grow their organization through their branch deployment process, UFCU has been able to dramatically reduce their costs and maximize their budget. Rather than re-design a new building for each new site, the team utilizes the same basic concept and makes modifications to the building size as needed to appropriately fit the site’s size, topography, and access points. Additionally, depending on zoning requirements and municipal regulations, modifications can be made to the exterior facade, if needed, to meet any architectural guidelines required by the community. The Redmond Company is honored to have been selected for more than 20 projects for UFCU. We look forward to continuing our relationship on many additional projects in the coming years. Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo Waukesha

Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo Waukesha exterior rendering After completing a successful project for the Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo team previously at their Madison location, the Fields automotive team selected The Redmond Company to design and build a new Volvo-mandated showroom and renovate their existing Jaguar Land Rover showroom at their Waukesha, Wisconsin dealership. With their current facility optimally positioned on a high-traffic road, they elected to buy the adjacent property to expand its facilities and parking lot. The existing facility, which featured all three of their brands in one showroom, is being renovated to showcase only Jaguar and Land Rover products. By utilizing the existing showroom facilities, the Redmond design team worked around multiple structural support columns in order to save the Fields Auto Group money and not completely demolish and rebuild the existing showroom. An additional challenge of the project is the site itself. There are significant grade changes in the site – there is nearly a 15-foot difference between the site’s main access point and the existing showroom. The 12,000-square foot renovation of the existing Jaguar Land Rover showroom will finish in Fall 2018. Build on the new, adjacent property is the Volvo showroom, along with a Volvo reception area, offices, lounge, and custom coffee bar. The new 9,000-square foot Volvo showroom was completed Spring 2018. Photos of the completed Volvo facility are available here: Fields Volvo Waukesha Showroom Also currently in design is the new Fields Jaguar Land Rover facility in Madison, Wisconsin.

American Bancor

American Bancor rendering

The Redmond Company was selected to provide real estate consulting services including site recommendation and the selection of the 1-acre site in Bismarck, ND for American Bancor. Redmond is also designing and will be building the new ground-up multi-tenant facility.

The new facility will be designed using elements that are similar to American Bancor’s existing facility to build on brand recognition. The design includes a metal roof and flat metal panels to call attention to the main facade facing the main street. A raised clerestory will run the length of the bank property. The bank’s entrance will be marked with smooth cast stone. Large canopies will act as sunshades above each oversized retail window. Horizontal wood panels along the roofline will offer a unique architectural detail.

A unique detail of this project is that the new building is designed to be a multi-tenant facility. American Bancor will house its branch operations in approximately 2,250 square feet while the remaining 2,009 square feet will be leased to a retail tenant.

Currently under construction, the project is expected to be completed in late 2018.
