JOB SUMMARY:

This inside sale position will contact, promote and sell The Redmond Company niche of Real Estate Consulting, Design and Construction Management Services to perspective clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to perspective clients to produce new business opportunities for Real Estate Consulting, Design and Construction.
  • Secure sales meetings to discuss commercial design/build services with prospects
  • On a daily basis, listen to prospects and client’s thoughts, in order to apply them to everyday conversation and rapport specific to their own strategic goals and growth.
  • Update ACT notes on every conversation and track and set alarms for continued rapport and reference for a prolonged contact with prospects.
  • Attend conventions and travel as needed.
  • Transmit marketing material, emails, photos, references, statement of qualifications, and testimonials specific to each individual market and prospects strategic goals and needs.
  • Provide convenient options during scheduled travel in order to maximize time management.

Essential Attributes: 

  • High sales achiever with proven track record of making and maintaining a high number of phone calls per day.
  • Adept at establishing and maintaining long-term consultative client relationships through integrity, persistence, focus, drive and the development of innovative solutions.
  • Savvy communicator with experience working with all business levels including Boards of Directors, CEO’s, and Presidents’, executive management, clients and staff.
  • Genuine and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of overall professional business etiquette is necessary in this business casual environment. Excellent oral & written communication skills needed to interface and communicate effectively with clients, management, supervisor and other staff.  Exceptional organizational skills required and the ability to multi-task. 

Education & Experience:

High School diploma (with 3 years-related sales experience).  Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and or experience with financial institutions, real estate, architecture, construction and or automotive dealerships. Strong consideration will also be given other inside sales experiences.

Title Project Engineer
Job Information

Responsibilities and Requirements:
– Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in administration of the project from inception through closeout
– Assist in procuring subcontractor bids and site walkthroughs
– Assist in subcontractor buy-out, qualification, selection, and contract creation
– Maintain and follow-up of all project related correspondence
– Prepare, monitor, and update project schedule in collaboration with Project Manager and Superintendent
– Review shop drawings, samples, catalog data in accordance with plans and specifications, scope, installation procedure, site consideration, and coordination between trades
– Prepare, review, expedite, and monitor logs for tracking submittals, RFIs, contract documents, change orders, and subcontractor applications for payment
– Assist in the weekly job meetings and generation and distribution of all meeting minutes
– Assist in the project close­out process, including the punch list, collection of closeout documentation, and submitting the close out package to the Owner

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– All experience levels in commercial building construction performing duties similar to this position’s requirements
– (4) year college degree (engineering, construction management)
– Our Project Engineers are stationed in our principal office, with some travel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
– Willingness to work as a team member in a high pace environment
