We are looking for a Project Architect to lead projects in Financial, Retail, and Automotive divisions. The ideal person will be self-motivated, good at multi-tasking, enjoy teamwork, and have a knack for the technical aspects of project development. We have a strong collaborative, teamwork environment.

Additional qualifications of the ideal applicant include:
• 3+ years’ related experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture is beneficial
• Involvement in all aspects of design and construction administration including but not limited to shop drawing/submittal review and coordination, periodic monitoring of construction sites, interfacing with contractors and clients
• Strong technical proficiency and creative skills
• Able to meet challenging deadlines while producing a quality product

This is a paid position, based in Waukesha, WI. Hours would be full time during the summer.  The ideal candidate would have completed their sophomore or junior year.

Title Project Engineer
Job Information

Responsibilities and Requirements:
– Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in administration of the project from inception through closeout
– Assist in procuring subcontractor bids and site walkthroughs
– Assist in subcontractor buy-out, qualification, selection, and contract creation
– Maintain and follow-up of all project related correspondence
– Prepare, monitor, and update project schedule in collaboration with Project Manager and Superintendent
– Review shop drawings, samples, catalog data in accordance with plans and specifications, scope, installation procedure, site consideration, and coordination between trades
– Prepare, review, expedite, and monitor logs for tracking submittals, RFIs, contract documents, change orders, and subcontractor applications for payment
– Assist in the weekly job meetings and generation and distribution of all meeting minutes
– Assist in the project close­out process, including the punch list, collection of closeout documentation, and submitting the close out package to the Owner

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– All experience levels in commercial building construction performing duties similar to this position’s requirements
– (4) year college degree (engineering, construction management)
– Our Project Engineers are stationed in our principal office, with travel to our projects located throughout the central United States
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
– Willingness to work as a team member in a high pace environment

Title Revit Draftsperson
Location Waukesha, WI
Job Information

We are seeking a full time Revit draftsperson to become a valuable member of our design team. Being part of a small design group, you will be exposed to all facets of the design process. As a bonus, you also get to see the other side of building with our in-house construction team!

The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and have a positive can-do attitude. No prior work experience is required. This role will support the Project Architect on our award-winning projects throughout the country. We have a casual work environment along with flexible hours.
