Due to our continued and calculated growth, we have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team of construction professionals. The ideal Project Manager must be detail-oriented, organized, and driven.  This individual will lead the project team with integrity, while managing projects from start through completion. This individual must also have the professionalism and communication skills needed to collaborate with owners of premier, high-end, and often complex projects. As the point person for the project team and the company, this individual must be a proven leader, providing outstanding customer service, while producing high-quality projects.

Additional qualifications of the ideal Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Knowledge of MS Project
  • Subcontractor bid negotiation experience
  • Ability to handle projects based primarily in a negotiated contract format
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Team player

The Project Manager position is permanent and full-time. Minimal overnight travel required. Relocation package available.

Title Construction Superintendent
Job Information

Our Traveling Superintendents work on projects generally throughout the Midwest and South Central United States. A Traveling Superintendent must have 10+ years of experience as a construction superintendent, ability to handle projects based primarily in a negotiated format, understanding of job QC and scheduling, be OSHA certified, and can handle large ground up projects. All of our Traveling Superintendents need to be able to put forth a collaborative effort in the design/build process and must show they are leaders, detail-oriented, organized, excellent communicators, and gives direction well.

This position is direct hire and permanent full time. Between jobs, our Traveling Superintendents are often brought into our principal Waukesha, WI office to help our Project Managers.
