This project was an interior build-out of a dialysis clinic for DSI Renal Care in Chicago, Illinois. The facility houses 29 dialysis stations and features 315 linear feet of chase cabinets for the dialysis piping to run through.

In addition to the stations, the build-out includes seven exam rooms, five offices, a conference room, a lab, and various other specialty use rooms. The project required an emergency generator for electrical backup.
