The Qdoba Mexican Grill – Madison project included the renovation and expansion of an existing restaurant on Highway 151 (East Washington Street) in Madison, as a free-standing building in front of East Towne Mall.

The project required extensive updating of the building’s architectural and structural design to allow for the expansion and division of the building to accommodate two new restaurants, a Qdoba Mexican Grill (which The Redmond Company designed and built) and a BD Mongolian Grill.

The new design features elevated curved roof sections, decorative stone and brick masonry, and high bays of windows to create a distinctive design for this highly visible location in front of one of the Madison area’s most popular and highly-trafficked malls.

This is the sixth Qdoba restaurant The Redmond Company has designed/built.
