This Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU) branch was designed by Redmond to accommodate the growing client base in the new community of Horizon City. Though the new branch will be just under 2,000 SF, the site is setup to allow for a future expansion. This branch is being built within a new development on the main street in Horizon City, which will provide easy access and high visibility to the growing market.  TFCU has also decided to add a rest stop along the bike/walking path on the south side of the building to help in the improvement of this new community they are joining.   Redmond will also be performing the construction of this building, which is estimated to be done before Christmas.
