Sara has been a project designer for Redmond since 2003 working on financial, commercial, and retail projects. She prides herself on delivering quality designs on time and within budget from the programming stage through construction documents and construction administration. She is committed to working with clients to understand their spatial needs and integrating these needs into a building design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Sara’s primary focus is on programming and schematic design and well as the production of construction documents for corporate office projects as well as retail branches for financial institutions. In this role, she works closely with financial clients to define the project scope and understand their needs to provide unique and innovative design solutions during the schematic phase. She oversees the design team during the design document and construction document phases to ensure to meet and exceed client goals and expectations. She also leads the consulting engineers who work on the project and works closely with the operations director and project manager as the construction documents take shape.
