David has successfully delivered projects in the retail, commercial, industrial, financial, hospitality, and medical markets since 2004. Recently, David has also served as Project Manager for several auto dealership projects. He has exceptional understanding of all technical and client-preferred aspects of his projects including constructability, cost control, project management, and on-time delivery. He is particularly expert with regards to navigating the municipal approval process and working with regulatory agencies. He leverages this expertise to lead the project team in establishing, organizing, communicating, and meeting each project’s goals. One of his many strengths is to help anticipate difficulties and promotes the implementation of cost-conscious and time-effective strategies to overcome them.
