Our branch deployment strategy involved acquiring existing banks, and re-branding and renovating those facilities. We hired The Redmond Company to perform a Physical Facility Needs Assessment on several different facilities in order to assist us in understanding the risks associated with the physical condition of each building, as well as to get a cost estimate for the necessary repairs and remodeling for each. Redmond has been an excellent resource for us, helping us to see the big picture prior to finalizing our strategic acquisitions within both new and existing markets.
