The Redmond Company is proud to continue its partnership with Bravera Bank for their latest building transformation. After successfully completing Bravera’s main office and two branch renovations previously, we’re excited to embark on the renovation and expansion of their newly acquired location in Albertville, Minnesota.
A recent merger prompted Bravera’s acquisition of the Albertville branch, expanding their reach and offering the community access to a range of banking and financial services, including insurance and wealth management offerings. The new level of offerings necessitated a larger physical footprint. The existing branch of 6,100 square feet will be renovated and expanded to over 10,000 square feet. This will more than double the office space and allow for a dedicated conference room. This enhanced layout will better facilitate client consultations for both traditional banking and Bravera’s wealth management and insurance services.
The lobby of the existing building boasts clerestory windows that, while visually appealing, don’t provide sufficient natural light based on the original design for the welcoming space. The Redmond team has presented several lighting upgrade options and recommended brighter interior finishes. The combination of lighting and finish upgrades will create a more inviting atmosphere, fostering a sense of comfort, confidence, and curiosity as customers explore their financial options.
The significant 4,500+ square foot addition will require attention to the building’s exterior. The goal is to seamlessly blend the new construction with the existing exterior building materials while incorporating updates that align with Bravera Bank’s branding.
