Lasting partnerships are built on trust, and it is trust that brought Edwards Auto Group in Omaha, Nebraska, to look to The Redmond Company for the renovation of their multi-brand dealership. Approximately 40,000-sf within the 99,150-sf dealership needed a refresh that would involve updating the branding and various finishes as well as reallocating existing spaces and providing quality-of-life elements.
Understanding the importance of business continuity, Redmond meticulously planned a phased-construction approach. This ensured Edwards Auto Group would remain fully operational, minimizing disruption for customers and staff. Careful measures are being implemented to control noise, dust and debris, conscious of the professionalism and customer care Edwards Auto Group represents.
As value engineering experts, The Redmond Company leveraged its deep understanding of manufacturer image programs to ensure brand compliance while optimizing cost efficiencies and high-quality standards. Redmond meticulously considered all options within manufacturer specifications, negotiating on the client’s behalf to find comparable, cost-effective solutions that save time and money.
One key feature of the brand refresh is the construction of a new interior design for Jeep. Specifically, the Jeep showroom will feature a distinctive “gateway” to really distinguish the brand from other brands inside the showroom, using the manufacturer’s new grain wood brand standard and modular design elements.
The project extends beyond the showroom to the second floor where a staff break room and workout room will be added. These features offer a space for staff to recharge, refocus, and re-energize their productivity.
This renovation strengthens the enduring relationship between The Remond Company and Edwards Auto Group. Having successfully collaborated on previous projects, both teams are committed to delivering a state-of-the art, branded facility by late Fall.
