The Racine-based bank has long occupied the historic Block 89 ten-story building and has partnered with The Redmond Company to update the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors. The 33,000-sf renovation will incorporate the award-winning office style established in their Cathedral Square location in Milwaukee.
Leveraging the long-standing relationship with Johnson Financial Group and experience renovating historical buildings, Redmond’s team is updating the branch and administrative offices. Key improvements include constructing community spaces for collaboration and community events, building offices offset from the perimeter walls to maintain the historical character, and integrating demountable wall systems for added acoustical value and privacy.
