11 Sep Prevail Bank – Phillips, WI

Prevail Bank is improving operational efficiency, refreshing the customer experience, and aligning its Phillips, Wisconsin branch with brand standards established at its Medford, Eau Claire, and Stevens Point locations. The 3,050‑sf project includes a full renovation and a small addition designed to support how customers and staff interact within the branch.
Redmond is providing design/build services for their fourth project with Prevail expanding the trusted relationship. The renovation introduces several customer‑focused amenities including a lounge with branded colors, a wood accent wall highlighting the complimentary coffee bar, a kids’ area, and a community room with a separate entrance and dedicated restrooms for use during and after hours. Offices with glass doors and sidelights provide privacy for customer conversations while maintaining visual connection to the lobby.
Branded acoustical lighting adds a distinct design feature while improving sound control and privacy in the lobby. The updated layout allows staff to support both the drive‑up and lobby teller pods, increasing efficiency and flexibility. A height‑adjustable teller pod enhances accessibility by meeting ADA requirements and giving customers the option to stand or sit during transactions. Glass with branded film between the lobby and drive‑up areas reinforces Prevail’s identity while maintaining visibility for staff coordination.
Together, the refreshed layout, branded materials consistent with Prevail Bank’s network, and flexible community spaces will create an optimized branch environment for employees and a more comfortable, purpose-built experience for customers.
