The Redmond Company is renovating the 20,500‑sf Edwards Nissan dealership in Council Bluffs, IA. Redmond is the design/builder for the two‑level facility, which includes a 15,550‑sf first floor and a 4,950‑sf second floor. The remodel updates an aged-facility to meet current Nissan brand compliance standards while maintaining cost control.
Redmond is executing this project alongside the nearby Edwards Mitsubishi renovation to increase efficiency and reduce overall cost. The work is organized into phases, with the Service and Service Reception areas completed first to allow quicker turnover of spaces and minimize disruption.
Redmond’s on‑site superintendent oversees daily field operations and meets with the owner frequently to provide progress updates and address concerns promptly. The team remains responsive to design changes and other requests from Edwards to keep the project moving efficiently.
