18 May Premier Community Bank
The Redmond Company is thrilled to be part of the community excitement building for the new Premier Community Bank coming to Winneconne, Wisconsin. Redmond will be leading the design/build process for the ground-up construction of the 7,000-sf building.
Premier sought a larger space to enhance customer service and present a modern design to reflect its brand. After securing a site for their new location, the Premier team was stressed about finding individual subcontractors to complete the work. The Redmond Company streamlined that effort by managing the entire design/build process, thus eliminating the stress of finding and vetting subcontractors. In collaboration with Premier, Redmond qualified local contractors who are equally committed to exceptional quality and timely completion.
The new branch design reflects Premier’s desire for a welcoming and community-focused environment. Curved soffits and cove lighting are planned to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the lobby. A striking circular ceiling element with a suspended acrylic “diamond” — reflecting Premier’s recognizable logo — draws the eye upwards. The teller line features translucent privacy panels, ensuring customer comfort with confidentiality without sacrificing the staff’s views into the main lobby. A unique wall graphic will incorporate local Winneconne landmarks, fostering a sense of connection with the community.
Premier’s commitment to satisfying the needs of their community extends beyond aesthetics. The Premier team recognized the need for meeting space in the community. Therefore, they opened their multi-functional conference room to the public. The area can be configured as a single large space or partitioned for smaller meetings and will be available for after-hours community use.
Redmond understands the unique needs of financial institutions with retail inspired designs, safety and security measures, and innovative technology elements. As the energy in the community builds for the bank’s completion, the Redmond team is keeping the momentum going for the construction to be completed Fall 2024.
