Everwise Credit Union’s new Olio Road branch in Fishers, Indiana is a 3,500‑sf, ground‑up facility that strengthens the credit union’s presence in a fast‑growing market and establishes the foundation for its next prototype. The project expands Everwise’s reach in Fishers while advancing design and operational elements that will guide future locations.
Redmond designed and built the single‑story branch, giving it a distinct architectural identity. A large entrance portal clad in Everwise’s magenta ACM panels frames the lobby and sets the tone for the building. Two additional accent frames adorn the other two elevations, each fitted with LED lighting that illuminates the magenta panels after dark. The nighttime glow creates a clear visual marker along Olio Road and introduces a branded feature Everwise will carry forward.
As Everwise refined its service model during design, the team selected a hybrid Teller Pod/Teller Line millwork solution to enhance member interaction and improve service flow. Redmond was already constructing Everwise’s Zionsville branch, allowing both locations to benefit from coordinated development. Redmond integrated the updated concept into each branch without affecting schedule commitments.
The Olio Road site required an underground stormwater detention system, adding complexity to early budgeting. Redmond engaged the likely utility contractor at the 70% design stage for pricing, giving Everwise reliable cost information and keeping the project aligned with expectations. Redmond also worked closely with city officials throughout municipal reviews to keep approvals moving and reduce the chance of delays.
Throughout the project, Redmond emphasized clarity and transparency. The team provided a detailed presentation on its estimating and bidding processes, outlining drawing benchmarks, takeoff methods, and budget development. This gave Everwise’s broader group a clear view of how Redmond maintains accuracy and consistency. Many subcontractors had completed previous Everwise work, strengthening bid participation and reinforcing predictable quality.
