08 Oct Port Washington State Bank – Belgium WI

The Redmond Company is constructing a 3,600‑sf, single‑story branch for Port Washington State Bank in Belgium, WI. The ground‑up project replaces the bank’s 1,000‑sf facility with a modern building that provides greater visibility within the village and aligns the branch with PWSB’s current branding standards. The expanded space supports the bank’s priority of creating a welcoming, community‑focused environment for Belgium residents and the surrounding rural communities that rely on accessible, relationship‑driven banking.
E3 Architecture shaped the design to reflect the character of the village by drawing inspiration from three historical buildings in the area. The arched entry, enlarged cornerstones, and detailed cornice brackets translate those influences into a contemporary structure that feels familiar to the community while presenting a clear, updated identity for the bank. Inside, the layout provides expanded office space for lenders and personal bankers, private meeting areas, and clear circulation for customers. Three drive‑thru lanes with wider access improve convenience for daily transactions. An outdoor patio offers employees a dedicated space to step away during the day.
This new ranch builds on standards established during PWSB’s recent Fredonia, WI expansion, supporting consistency across locations and streamlining decision‑making. PWSB’s experience with Redmond on that project and long‑standing relationship provides steady confidence throughout planning and design. Their trust in E3 & Redmond team’s expertise and quality of work ensures the new facility will meet the bank’s and the community’s evolving needs.
