Andrew has worked in the design and construction industry for more than 28 years, with over 23 years specifically dedicated to the financial and real estate sectors. Through the years, he has served in various roles as project executive, owner’s representative and project manager. His areas of specialty include overseeing real estate acquisition, entitlement work, due diligence, programming, planning, design, construction, and turn-key delivery. His projects range from small micro-branches to operation centers and call centers. Prior to joining The Redmond Company, Andrew served as a regional VP and project director in the corporate real estate office of one of the largest financial institutions in the US.
Andrew works closely with our clients following the initial sales presentation in order to assemble and lead a team of designers, project managers, consultants and construction personnel. All the while, staying actively involved to ensure the project moves seamlessly from conceptual planning through final occupancy in accordance with the client’s objectives.
