Redmond is seeking a self-starting and highly motivated individual who has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and disciplined work habits to work with our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This role necessitates the ability to wear many hats and prioritize moving pieces. This new team member needs to be detail-orientated, organized, not afraid to ask questions, and have a drive to take ownership of their responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has experience in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience with InDesign and HTML is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to updating promotional booklets, printing promotional material and binding, coordination and ordering of jobsite signs, client gifts, company meetings, company community board, and assisting the marketing team with miscellaneous projects.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours during the week. Estimated hours 20-29 hours per week. This position will work in our Waukesha, WI corporate office.
