Senior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities

The Redmond Company, located in Waukesha, WI, is an established and well-known premier service provider in the Real Estate and Commercial Design/Build Industry. We are looking for a highly motivated professional to help us develop sales leads through telecommunications. This inside sales position will contact, promote, and sell The Redmond Company services to perspective clients.

Core Responsibilities
• Make calls to perspective clients to produce new business opportunities for Consulting, Real Estate, Design, and Construction
• Secure sales meetings to discuss commercial design/build services with prospects
• On a daily basis, listen to prospects and client's thoughts, in order to apply them to everyday conversation and rapport specific to their own strategic goals and growth
• Update CRM software for every conversation, track and set alarms for continued rapport and reference for prolonged contact with prospects
• Attend conventions and travel as needed
• Transmit marketing material, emails, photos, references, statement of qualifications, and testimonials specific to each individual market and the prospects strategic goals and needs

The Senior Business Development Manager position is permanent and full-time. Based out of Waukesha, WI corporate office, with some overnight travel required. 

Qualifications

• High sales achiever with proven track record of making and maintaining a high number of phone calls per day
• Adept at establishing and maintaining long-term consultative client relationships through integrity, persistence, focus, drive, and development of innovative solutions
• Savvy communicator with experience working with all business levels including Board of Directors, CEOs, Presidents, executive management, clients, and staff
• Genuine and persuasive communicator
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of overall professional business etiquette is necessary in this business casual environment
• Excellent oral & written communication skills needed to interface and communicate effectively with clients, management, supervisor, and other staff
• Exceptional organizational skills required and the ability to multi-task

Education

High school diploma (with 3 years-related sales experience). Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or experience with financial institutions, real estate, architecture, construction, and/or automotive dealerships. Strong consideration will also be given to other inside sales experiences.
