With a strong reputation built 50 years, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sr. Business Development Manager. This inside sales role is focused on generating new business opportunities by proactively connecting with prospective clients—primarily within the auto industry. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and positioning our consulting, real estate, design, and construction services.
Core Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Secure and schedule meetings to present commercial design/build services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their strategic goals and align solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within CRM software.
- Manage follow-up communications and long-term relationship development.
- Attend industry conventions and travel as needed.
- Customize and distribute marketing materials, proposals, and relevant company information based on client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales performer with a strong track record of high outbound call volume and results.
- Skilled in developing long-term, consultative client relationships built on trust and persistence.
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with executives, including CEOs, and senior leadership.
- Persuasive, authentic, and relationship-focused communication style.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional business etiquette suited to a business casual environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required with a minimum of 3 years of related sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in financial institutions, real estate, architecture, construction, or automotive dealerships is a plus.
- Other inside sales backgrounds will also be strongly considered.
