Jim Voelz

Jim has worked as Chairman of the Board, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, President, and currently as Senior Advisor. Client satisfaction has long been of paramount importance to Jim. He is ever vigilant that the Redmond team thoroughly understands each client’s needs. Next, his focus is on how our company can apply value added real estate consultingdesign, and construction solutions to benefit our clients. After construction is complete, Jim stays in touch with his clients, making certain the project continues to meet their needs. Jim is a goal-oriented management professional with over 37 years experience assisting Redmond’s development customers in preparing economic feasibility analysis, real estate pro formas, and financial projections for over three million square feet of real estate developments. These projects have involved lease negotiations and development for some of the nation’s top retail tenants, additionally, Jim has worked with international industrial tenants in leasing, development, and consulting.
