BMW of Milwaukee North in Glendale, Wisconsin, is the premier BMW dealership in the Milwaukee area. When it came time to update their facility to match BMW’s Future Retail Design standards, they knew they needed a partner who had experience working with leading national brands, expertise in retail design, extensive knowledge and the ability to offer advice throughout the length of the project.

From the very beginning it was clear that Umansky Auto Group made the right choice when selecting The Redmond Company. The existing building had numerous structural obstructions and the design needed revisions during the construction phase. The Redmond team was able to identify the issues and suggest alternate options and layouts to the owner, which saved time and money.

The extensive remodel of the 28,000 sf facility creates a very customer-centric experience. The showroom was opened up to give the space a feeling of transparency. Large windows were installed to allow for an abundance of natural light to filter in. The customer lounge, service waiting area and office spaces were designed to be open, warm and tech orientated. Multiple vehicle display areas were constructed with accent tile flooring and large video monitors to highlight vehicle features and options. On the exterior, the old silver metal panels were removed, and two impressive canopies were built.  Finally, a white EIFS finish was installed to give the building a clean and inviting exterior.
