As part of Jaguar’s manufacturer program requirements, Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo in Madison, Wisconsin, was directed to create a visual separation between the Jaguar and Volvo showrooms.

The Redmond Company was selected to perform the construction of the showroom remodel. Because this was a live remodel and all showroom space needed to be kept operational, Redmond developed a compressed construction schedule to limit the amount of time the showroom would be inoperable. To aid in accommodating the tight deadlines, Redmond pre-ordered all materials prior to beginning construction to be as efficient as possible while on the site. The Redmond team was diligent about dust control and keeping the showroom in pristine condition throughout the construction time frame. Redmond was also instrumental in assisting the dealer with changing their showroom lighting to LED lighting.

With Redmond’s detailed pre-planning efforts and efficiency while under construction, the project was completed on time and on budget.

Following the successful completion of this project, The Redmond Company was subsequently selected to design and build two additional projects with the Fields Automotive Group: Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo in Madison, Wisconsin.
