The site, designed by The Albion Group, was compact and challenging to stage materials. There were deep site utility connections that needed to be made in the City street, which required heavy coordination with the city because the street was under construction for their own new updates to the roads. With The Redmond Company’s careful planning we found a window of opportunity to work in the street with the city. This building is also a one-of-a-kind project for the Redmond team, in that this building has a pre-cast mezzanine.
