This Walgreens location included redevelopment of an existing car dealership. The building design, done by The Albion Group, includes multiple stone masonry, glass towers, and decorative coping features. The site work included demolition of an existing car dealership/service center and new construction of an underground stormwater storage system which will be more than 18,000 cubic feet in size.
