The Redmond Company designed and built Aspen Dental as part of the Pranke Holdings, LLC development in Germantown, Wisconsin.

This 6,200 sf multi-tenant retail building is located on the border of Germantown and Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The developer, Pranke Holdings, LLC, had trusted The Redmond Company with five previous projects, knew he could count on Redmond again to design and building this project quickly and efficiently. Redmond rose to the challenge by fast-tracking the construction, completing this project in just 115 calendar days!

The building welcomes the people of Germantown to visit a new dental office and retail space, including retailer U.S. Cellular. Its earth tone brick and natural stone exterior give the building an attractive, warm look. Clerestory windows in the retail space add natural light to the interior and height for exterior visibility.
