The construction of the Aldi grocery store helped launch the new development corridor in the City of Muskego. The land had to be prepared for the store as part of a larger development. The Redmond Company managed the updating of grading plans, making certain they matched those of the adjoining properties, especially with respect to the shared storm sewer system. Redmond also managed the easement negotiations for shared access from the new road leading to the properties.

The construction of the store required very close coordination. Not only did The Redmond Company manage local subcontractors, but we also had to coordinate with the many contractors with whom Aldi brought to the project. Coming from different parts of the country, Redmond’s project management team’s scheduling had to be precise. The completion of this project in time for the grand opening date was achieved.
