The refacade of Bluemound Plaza on Bluemound Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin, needed to be completed while keeping the tenants of this shopping center fully operational, during the busiest time of the year with the holiday volume. The Redmond Company was selected to complete the 1,900 linear feet of refacade for this high-profile shopping center in Brookfield.

One of the challenges for the Redmond team was the unknown conditions of the existing foundations. Every time the Redmond team excavated for the new piers, each foundation was a different size from the last one. With expert analysis and quick solutions, the project was effectively managed and completed on time, on budget, and without disruption to the tenants.
