Converted from an old Wal-Mart, this JCPenney included a full interior and selected exterior demolition. New finishes were used both inside and out to convert the existing building to match the new JCPenney’s prototype design. We helped the JCPenney designers clear many obstacles with how to cost-effectively adapt the existing building to the new prototype.

In addition, Redmond made many successful design changes on the fly to enable JCPenney to roll out a new merchandising concept just a few weeks before opening.
