The Redmond Company utilized unique scheduling and construction techniques to demolish an existing grocery store and built the new Pick ‘n Save – Oak Creek, Wisconsin, on the site in less than four months.

One of the client’s main criteria was the minimization of downtime during the entire project. The Redmond Company worked diligently in finding ways to reduce the project’s schedule. Our team was able to reduce the number of days/weeks off a standard construction schedule and incorporate some second shift work. The client was extremely pleased that the cost of the extra effort did not add to his expected conventional construction methods estimate.
