The new Qdoba Mexican Grill, Layton Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a contemporary building features a raised front that incorporates an exoskeletal structure where the steel members are exposed.

The project was a remodel of an existing building. The Redmond Company was involved early on in the purchase process of this property. In order to come up with a plan that would make this a feasible purchase for the potential owner, Redmond was involved in extensive pre-planning. Redmond was able to create a design that utilized the existing building in order to save some costs, making it evident to the client that this would be a financially feasible option.

This is the 11th project that The Redmond Company has done for this client.
