The owners at Trig’s Shopping Center chose The Redmond Company to undertake an exterior ‘facelift’ renovation for the shopping center in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Redmond designers created an attractive look that blended well with the City of Minocqua’s current architectural features.

The challenges with this type of remodel were generating an attractive design while maintaining the locations of many existing architectural elements (fenestration, entrances, parapets, massing and proportional relationships), as well as accomplishing the work ‘live’ to enable all stores to remain open for business during the entire construction period.

With Redmond’s scheduling abilities, all stores in Trig’s Shopping Center were able to remain open and operational during the construction period. The project was completed on time and within budget.
