Tsunami looked to Redmond’s real estate expertise, consisting of a team that includes a CPA and a real estate broker for guidance. Redmond assisted with determining the ideal location, optimal placement of the car wash on the property, risk mitigation prior to closing, and construction. Redmond’s early involvement supported Tsunami through the process and set them up for building success.

New construction requires detailed inspection of the land and begins with site improvements to prevent future problems with a building’s structural integrity and safety. Constructing the new 4,900-sf Tsunami car wash in Waukesha, Wisconsin required extensive site improvements to construct the new car wash tunnel, vacuum house, and employee accessory building.

Redmond’s construction process model is formulated to mitigate risk and deliver on a client’s vision for growth. This model in combination with Redmond’s experience in the retail industry, supporting clients such as Walgreens, McDonalds, and Starbucks, and their deep knowledge of retail-based strategies has led to an ongoing partnership with Tsunami to build seven additional car wash locations.
