This Walgreens location was pad-ready. Due to poor soil conditions, the footing and foundations had to be excavated an extra nine feet. We used the spoils from the storm and water excavations on site rather than trucking them off, saving time and expense. Despite these unforeseen issues, by working closely with the developer and the state building inspector, we were able to deliver this building on schedule.
