The Redmond Company provided unique solutions to this Walgreens construction project, as our standard water and sanitary methods could not be used here.  This part of Wales does not have water and sanitary mains along the streets.  Redmond installed a well to provide water to the building.  In order to have enough water capacity to feed the fire protection system if ever needed, there are two 18,000-gallon fire protection holding tanks that are buried at the site.  From the fire protection tank there is a fire pump that can provide the needed water pressure to the system.  Along with the water tanks there is a 5,000-gallon tank buried for sanitary holding.
