The Redmond Company is excited to have worked with Port Washington State Bank (PWSB) on the remodel of their main office. Having completed many design, construction and consulting projects for PWSB, The Redmond Company values its’ long-term relationship with PWSB and the opportunity to continue the partnership. The latest project in their facility network enhancement strategy was an interior remodel of the lobby at their main office in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
The goal of this remodel was to provide a better in-branch experience for employees and customers and to increase efficiency by relocating the teller lines. However, PWSB knew that the project would present a few challenges. The main office building is comprised of several older structures that have been combined over the years, and each structure has been subject to various construction projects in the past. PWSB knew that Redmond’s team would help them avoid costly construction mistakes, provide confidence and peace of mind throughout the course of the project.
Redmond’s teamwork and knowledge proved to be critical in finding solutions to all the project’s challenges. The Redmond team worked in close collaboration with PWSB to carefully craft a plan that addressed all the structural issues. At the same time, they designed a better in-branch experience that increases efficiency, saves money, and includes unique features that help tell the story of Port Washington State Bank’s rich history as a fifth generation, family-owned community bank.
