Prevail Bank Medford

Medford, WI

6,400 sf remodel - branch and main office

Redmond is excited to be partnering with Prevail Bank to renovate and rebrand the retail space at their main office in Medford, Wisconsin.  A recent merger renewed the brand and promise of a bank with over 85 years of rich history within its community. Their goal was to create an in-branch experience that focuses on building a deeper relationship between their customers, staff, and community.

The renovation provided an open retail environment with adjustable height teller pods, branded glass office fronts for retail and lending offices, and new meeting spaces for customers and staff. It also provided several new amenities, including a large digital display and brand wall, customer tech center, and an inviting and engaging customer lounge space with a coffee bar. Finally, the new space included a new conference space and a large community room, with fully integrated technology, and a separate entrance for afterhours use.

The Redmond Company worked closely with Prevail Bank’s team during the programming and design phase to reimagine the facility to enhance the customer experience while increasing operational productivity and efficiency. The newly designed space immerses customers in Prevail Bank’s brand with inviting branded interior finishes, warm wood accents, and acoustical lighting mimicking their logo, while also allowing for better operational flow and efficiencies for serving their customers.

“The Redmond Company transformed our existing retail space. Our goal was to create an in-branch experience that focused on the customer experience while improving staff efficiencies.  We wanted to build a deeper relationship between our customers, staff, and community. Redmond exceeded our expectations on the innovative design and truly immersed our customers in the Prevail Bank brand!  Our customers are engaged and look forward to coming back in for their banking needs.

We partnered with Redmond not only because of their extensive experience, but also for their knowledge of financial institutions and branding facilities. Throughout the process, everyone at Redmond had been engaged, easily accessible, responsive and committed to making sure our needs were met. From being proactive in providing cost and/or time saving ideas during the value engineering phase, to staying on time and on budget during construction, the team at Redmond shared our vision. It’s been a pleasure working with Redmond of which I’m pleased to provide them with the highest of recommendations.”
