The Redmond Company provided consulting, site selection, design, and construction services for the State Bank of Niantic’s newest branch. The single-story, 6,200 sf facility, is located in Decatur, Illinois, and is the first development in the Cardwell Crossing subdivision. The branch features three drive-up lanes as well as a prairie-style exterior and lobby design. The development will leave room for a 3,500 sf addition for future expansion.
