The Redmond Company was selected by The Gifford State Bank to provide consulting and design-build services for their new branch in Thomasboro, Illinois.

The Gifford State Bank acquired a building that housed a former bank and was also currently functioning as the village’s office and police station. The key to the project was to maintain operations of the village offices and police station while renovating the building to match Gifford’s prototype branch in Gifford, Illinois.

Phase I of the project consisted of interior renovations, followed by exterior renovations in Phase II. The resulting building carries many of the key features of The Gifford State Bank’s prototype branch, which was developed by Redmond years earlier.

“From a banker’s standpoint, it was really impressive to be able to coordinate everything by making just one phone call. The efficiency of The Redmond Company’s single-source capabilities was fantastic. From consulting services to retailing concepts, the wide range of services and overall financial knowledge went beyond my expectations. Their repeat performance for us was outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Redmond to anyone looking for a design/build firm.”
