The Redmond Company provided design and construction services for the new main office of Tremont Savings Bank. The building features a second-story board room in the entry “tower” element, making it appear as if the building is larger than it is. High-bay ceilings and dormers allow natural light into the lobby area. A basement was included to provide space for the break room, file storage, mechanical room, and future expansion. Because it had been so long since the bank’s last new branch, the Redmond team provided turnkey services for design, construction and selection of furniture and bank equipment.
