Early involvement in real estate purchasing and design accelerates local approvals and new construction, resulting in a prudent investment strategy and a warm and inviting new branch experience.

The excitement of a growing community, both residentially and commercially, in Westfield, Indiana, presented Everwise Credit Union with an opportunity to expand its presence. Eager to be the first building in a new development center, Everwise quickly partnered with The Redmond Company in early discussion with the center’s developer, city planners, and others. Site plans were provided for multiple site locations allowing for site requirements to be addressed prior to purchasing the property. Redmond worked with the developer to process city approvals, accelerating the schedule in preparation for construction and leveraging their design/build expertise to support the client owner in negotiations.

Redmond custom designed the 3,150-sf branch to meet Westfield’s specific design requirements. The external customizations included a mix of stone, faux wood siding, and glass, a taller roof structure, and slight modifications to the overall footprint of the building.

Internally, the new branch exudes the Everwise brand, radiating warmth and an inviting ambiance with bright colors and a sunlit entrance. Multiple seating arrangements are available for members, including a comfortable lounge area, a tech bar that features tablets for member interaction, as well as a cozy, customized coffee station to enhance members’ experiences.

The use of innovative technologies helps Everwise represent their brand and better serve their members. Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) have replaced the typical drive-thru teller tube system, allowing members to execute most transactions self-sufficiently, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

The new location and design invite the growing community of residents and businesses to visit and experience the service, technology, and guidance that will help them make confident financial decisions.
