Premier Community Bank, in partnership with The Redmond Company, successfully transformed their vision into a stunning new 7,000-sf branch in Winneconne, Wisconsin that enhances customer service and aligns their modern brand identity with the bank’s two other locations.

The recently completed branch showcases The Redmond Company’s ability to translate Premier Community Bank’s vision into a space that captures their commitment to employees and customers. Curved soffits and soft cove lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the lobby. A circular ceiling element with a suspended acrylic “diamond” artfully reflects the bank’s recognizable logo and immediately draws the eye upwards. The teller line, featuring translucent privacy panels, balances customer confidentiality with an open, connected feel. A distinctive wall graphic showcasing local Winneconne landmarks serves as a powerful testament to the bank’s deep community connection.

Premier Community Bank expanded their community impact by introducing a multi-functional conference room available to the public. This versatile area can be configured as a single large space or divided for smaller meetings and is accessible for after-hours community use, a reflection of forward-thinking design and community engagement.

By partnering with us, Premier Community Bank leveraged our comprehensive design/build expertise to navigate the complexities of the project with precision, particularly the stress of finding individual subcontractors to complete the work. Our team carefully managed the entire process, from coordinating preliminary plan approvals so they would stay on schedule to meticulously selecting and coordinating local contractors committed to exceptional quality and timely completion.
