The Redmond Company was selected to provide real estate consulting services including site recommendation and the selection of the one-acre site in Bismarck, North Dakota, for Bravera Bank (formerly named American Bank Center). Redmond continued working with the bank to design and build the new multi-tenant facility. The bank branch operations are in 2,250 sf, while the remaining 2,000 sf will be leased to a retail tenant.

The new branch will allow Bravera Bank to better serve their customers in an engaging, brand centric environment, creating an exceptional experience. The facility was designed using elements that are similar to Bravera Bank’s existing facility to build on brand recognition. The design includes a metal roof and flat metal panels to call attention to the main façade facing the main street. A raised clerestory runs the length of the bank property. The bank’s entrance is marked with smooth cast stone. Large canopies act as sunshades above each oversized retail window. Horizontal wood panels along the roofline offer a unique architectural detail.
