This was The Redmond Company’s eighth project with United Federal Credit Union (UFCU). This new ground-up branch facility in Sparks, Nevada is designed to follow the brand standards established by the credit union.

This single-story new construction facility is 4,302 sf and includes two drive-up lanes plus one additional teller lane with an ATM unit.

The highly visible site was selected on recommendation of The Redmond Company’s real estate consulting team and backs up to a round-about. The new facility’s materials and colors are contextual to the surrounding properties based on local covenants.

The branch was completed in Winter 2016.
